How do I choose my size?
For the best fit, please refer to the size chart provided on the product page and choose your size based on your measurements. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips before ordering rather than relying solely on your usual clothing size.
Is Sculptwear House shapewear true to size?
Our shapewear is designed to follow the measurements shown in our size chart. Because shapewear is designed to provide compression and support, the fit may feel more snug than regular clothing. Please use the size chart for the specific product before ordering.
What if I am between sizes?
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit. Do not size down simply to achieve stronger compression, as this may affect comfort and the intended fit of the garment.
How strong is the compression?
Compression levels vary by product. Please refer to the individual product description for information about the level of compression and support offered by each style.
Can I wear the shapewear all day?
Our shapewear is designed with comfort and support in mind. How long you choose to wear it will depend on the product, fit, compression level, and your personal comfort. If the garment feels excessively tight or uncomfortable, we recommend removing it.
Care & Maintenance
How should I wash and care for my shapewear?
Always follow the care instructions on the garment label. To help preserve the shape, elasticity, and compression of your shapewear, use gentle washing methods and avoid harsh detergents, bleach, and excessive heat unless the garment’s care label specifically states otherwise.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. After processing, estimated delivery is approximately 5–15 business days depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, the email will include your tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Will I receive multiple packages if I order several items?
In some cases, items within the same order may be fulfilled separately and arrive in different packages or at different times. If this happens, you may receive separate shipping or tracking information for each package.
Orders & Changes
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sculptwearhouse.com. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
Returns & Issues
What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@sculptwearhouse.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and assist you.
Can I return shapewear?
Yes, eligible items may be returned when a return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, in their original condition and packaging, and have all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Please contact hello@sculptwearhouse.com before sending any return.
