We want you to love your Sculptwear House purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility We accept return requests submitted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed and unaltered
  • In their original condition and packaging, with all tags and hygiene seals or protective liners where applicable, intact and attached

Hygiene Policy  Due to the intimate nature of shape wear and bodysuits, items that have been worn, washed, used, altered or returned without their original hygiene seals or protective liners intact cannot be accepted for return. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these hygiene requirements. 

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@sculptwearhouse.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

How to Request a Return Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. To initiate a return, email us at hello@sculptwearhouse.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide you with further instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
